Welcome to Hollow Reed Sanctuary ! I chose that name because the practices I do awaken the central vibrations that connect between the Earth and Sky – through the channels of our bodies. When we breathe, play the flute, recite mantras, move, awaken the imagination – even simply sitting in awareness – the energy within our body moves and with practice connects the above and the below, like a hollow reed reaching from Earth to the Sky.
